Studyonlaserphasetransformationhardeningofhigh-Ni-Crcastiron OUYANGAn1,HUANGAn-guo1,WANGChang-gui1,WANGYu-tao2,LIZhi-yuan1 (1.MaterialScienceandengineering,HUST,Wuhan430074,China,2.WuhanIronandSteelGroupCompanyInstitute,Wuhan430080,China) Abstract:Thelaserphasetransformation?hardenedexperimentonspecimenofhigh-Ni-Crcastironhasbeenperformed,andthemicrostructure,themicrohardnessandtheabrasioncharacteristicareanalyzed.Theresultsshowthatitssectionisdividedintomeltzone,quenchedzoneandthebasemetal.Themicrohardnessofhardeningzoneisimprovedfrom550 HVto800~900HV,mostto900HV.Thehardnessofthespecimenwiththeexperimentismuchhigherthanthatofbasemetal.Thecrackinthespecimenisanalyzedandthebesttechnicalparameterareexploredbytemperaturefieldsimulation. |
