StudyonmicrostructureandthermalfatigueresistanceoflaserremeltingCo-basedalloyhardfacedlayers HONGYong-chang1,XIAZheng-wen2 (1.CollegeofMaterialsScienceandEngineering,AnhuiUniversityofTechnology,Ma?anshan243002,China;2.ZhejiangJiuliGroupCo.,Ltd.,Huzhou313012,China) Abstract:Bymeansofopticalmicroscope?OP?,scanningelectronmicroscope?SEM?andX-raydiffractioninstrument?XRD?,remeltinghardfacedlayersofCo?basedalloywhichweremadewithdifferentparametersoflaserremeltingwerestudied.Microstructureandthermalfatigueresistanceofthewerealsotested.Afterlaserremelting,itshowedthatmicrostructureturnedtobefine,uniformandcompact.Anditwascomposedofprimaryphase?γ-Co?andeutecticmicrostructure?γ-Co Cr23C6?.Comparedwiththeoriginalhardfacedlayers,thermalfatigueresistanceoftheremeltinghardfacedlayerswithdifferentlaserparameterswasallimproved.Andatthetemperatureof700℃,thermalfatigueresistanceoftheremeltinghardfacedlayerswasbetterthanthatatthetemperatureof900℃.Itwasbestwhenlaserpowerwas2.5kW,scanningspeedwas4mm·s-1atthetemperatureof700℃. |
